After project completion, you may communicate directly with clients for future collaborations.

First Time: Friendly Reminder
You receive an educational message explaining the policy. No penalty.
Second Time: Warning
Your account is flagged. Repeated violations may lead to suspension.
Third Time: Temporary Suspension
Account suspended for 7 days. All active projects are paused.
Repeated Violations: Permanent Ban
Account permanently closed. All funds frozen pending investigation.
💡 Important: Normal communication is allowed! The AI recognizes the difference between legitimate exchanges and attempts to circumvent the platform. If you receive a false positive, you can appeal through our support team.

Can I share my email address?
✅ Yes, for follow-ups after project completion. ❌ No, if it's to process payments outside.
What happens if I make a mistake?
✅ Nothing! The first time you only get a friendly reminder. We understand that mistakes happen.
How does the AI detect violations?
🤖 The AI looks for keywords like 'PayPal', 'outside', 'WhatsApp' in combination with 'payment' or 'deal'. But: The AI isn't perfect. You can appeal false positives.
What if a client insists on paying outside?
🚨 Report this immediately to our support team. This is a violation of our Terms of Service and the client's account will be flagged.
Can I use WhatsApp for project communication?
⚠️ Not recommended for ongoing projects. Use Tanduu's messaging system to keep all communication documented. After completion, you're free to use any platform.
What about recurring clients?
✅ Great! But each new project must still go through Tanduu. This protects both parties and builds your review history.
